Great chair, excellent service. I made the mistake of buying elsewhere. Cheap chair wasn't properly adjustable and was too small for me (I'm 6'2"). I phoned Lundia to arrange a visit. On arrival, a range of chairs was ready for me to try. They'd been adjusted to be roughly correct for my frame. Tried a few and settle on and Ergonomi Excel Chair. It's adjustable in every way imaginable plus a few more. Now very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to test out seating in person rather than just order online. My appointment at Lundia was brilliant. So much choice and knowledge - including back/pelvic issues. I love their inflatable lumber support option. Plus go in person and there's a rainbow of colours to choose from for your bespoke order! A huge thanks to Sophie for her help. She was so helpful and not only delivered my already-assembled chair - in a lovely apple green fabric, but adjusted it for the right angles.

Very happy with assistance provided by service operator (Sophie) sourcing and arranging replacement parts for >10 year old Salli chair that I struggle to work without. Great communication. Replacement parts were delivered faster than expected and repair was straightforward and easily accomplished.

Excellent service, trying the chairs was important as I could choose the one that was most comfortable. It was good value for money and has two features a rocker for watching Zoom and the locking sturdy one for more control. I'm very pleased with it as I can sit up straight with back support. The staff are so kind and helpful delivering the chair. They are also concerned about safety due to COVID 19 so I followed the advice on their website by booking the appointment to visit the showroom via an advance telephone call.
