I’ve spent most of my life sat in chairs that are not suited to me and I tolerated pain and discomfort for many years. I contacted Lundia for a chair but quickly found that this is not what Lundia are about. Sarah took so much time getting to know me as a person, how I work and my specific physical requirements. She wanted to understand my work space before making any recommendations. There was never a general suggestion and everything Sarah proposed was individualised based on her understanding of my needs. It was never too much trouble for Sarah and Stewart to let me trial something or to go back to the drawing board if something didn’t work. The team at Lundia are really skilled at what they do and I cannot speak more highly of the service that I received. The chair I now have has really transformed working for me but reaching this point was 100% down to how much time, care and attention Sarah gave into understanding my needs. Every time I sit in the chair, I’m grateful that I contacted Lundia for their help. I would absolutely recommend Lundia - great chair from a company with superb staff!
