At Lundia, we strive to ensure a seamless delivery experience for all our customers. Our commitment to quality service extends from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and handling processes.

Shipping and Handling

For online orders, delivery fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the items. Our standard delivery charge is £10.80 for chairs and larger items. Smaller items, such as mice and compact keyboards, incur a delivery charge of £5.50. Please note, certain products may require a personalised shipping charge which will be discussed on an individual basis.

Delivery Timescales

  • Accessories: Our accessories are typically delivered within 2-3 days from the date of order, subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock, we will reach out to inform you of the expected lead time.

  • Chairs and Desks: These items can be ordered online and will be delivered boxed, requiring assembly unless otherwise arranged. Due to the variety of options available, not all chair variations are kept in stock. We aim to provide accurate lead times on product pages, but for specific queries, please contact us directly.

  • Lundia Shelving: Shelving units are delivered via a 2-3 day service if in stock. This service is not time-specific; however, options for next day, AM/PM, or Saturday delivery are available upon request—contact us for pricing. Please be aware that deliveries to Highlands postcodes may experience additional delays.

Upgraded Delivery Options
