Back App

Back App		 The Back App is a unique chair for people who have back pain, or even those who'd rather not develop it in the future.
Your feet are placed on the footboard, allowing the chair to move gently around the central axis when you move. This trains and strengthens the core muscles in your lower back by making these muscles work to keep balance.
The stability of the chair can be adjusted from high (your muscles don't have to work as much) to low by adjusting the ball. The manufacturers recommend you start with the ball at its lowest setting, making the chair most stable, and use the chair for short periods at first. As your muscles become stronger, you can raise the ball and use the stool for longer periods.
The Back App can be used in an office setting. As it is a saddle stool, you will be sitting higher than in a normal chair. It is therefore best to use it with a height adjustable desk.
